About
I turn ideas into things people can hold, hear, or use. Whether it’s music, a sensor, or a piece of furniture, I care about how it’s built—how the parts fit, how it works, and how to make it better.
It started with music. I build full tracks in Reaper, handling everything from writing and programming to recording, mixing, and mastering. I use Guitar Pro to break down song structures and sharpen my ear through repetition and URM Academy training. That same process-driven mindset carries into my home lab: a Debian server running Home Assistant, Frigate NVR, a self-hosted media server, and a backup system. I design and flash custom sensor boxes using ESP boards to make everyday devices smarter.
Beyond that, I contribute to OpenStreetMap by mapping underserved areas and validating data errors. I’ve turned SketchUp designs into real furniture and used Revit to plan a full home renovation. I also edit photos in Photoshop and cut video in DaVinci Resolve. Different tools, same goal: build things that are useful, well-made, and personal.
